Missing the New York City deli's? This is the next best thing. Celebrity Delly located in Loehmans Plaza Shopping Center in Falls Church is one exceptional family owned deli. The New Yorker and the Mighty Milty are two popular sandwiches. Their soups are homemade and a meal in itself. Make sure you have enough napkins and a to-go box because chances are you will be taking half your sandwich home..... portion sizes are large! Don’t forget their phenomenal desserts, especially the carrot cake!

Hidden Gem

One of the best lunch deals in the area is Present Restaurant which features a Vietnamese cuisine. The food is delicious, portions are ample, servers are attentive and the price cannot be beat. The meals have great names like Gift From The Sea On A Haystack or Pilgrim On The Beach, I have lunch there at least three times a month, usually on a Thursday. I will probably be having Country Banquet Vermicelli with pork. Say "Hi" if you see me there. It is in the shopping center at the intersection of Arlington Blvd (Rt 50) and Annandale Road.
