The Columbia Heights metro stop leads to some of the most diverse shopping in DC. For starters, there is a Target, DSW and Bed, Bath and Beyond. There is also a Best Buy, Modell's Sporting Goods and a 5 Below. These shops are well know and their presence gives a good foundation for retail. But, there is only one Museum of Unnatural History and it is here in Columbia Heights.You can also shop at Giant Food and Marshals, but please don't miss a stop at the only Mirasa Design location. Columbia Heights has a lot of shops everyone knows and a few everyone should discover.

This restaurant is pretty busy and features great live entertainment. The Mexican food is decent. I wasn't terribly impressed by the margaritas, however.
